Crisp Point & Seul Choix Point Lighthouses

Lighthouse lovers will want to visit these sentinels of the inland seas, on Lake Superior and Lake Michigan, respectively. At least one is haunted.

Cut River Bridge

This beautiful bridge was built in 1947, and is one of only two cantilevered deck truss bridges in Michigan. Spanning 641 feet, the Cut River Bridge consists of over 800 tons of steel. There are 230 steps down to the namesake river and Lake Michigan as well as a shady roadside park with picnic areas for resting after the climb back up!

Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum

Dedicated to the perils of maritime transport on the Great Lakes, with a special tribute to the lost freighter Edmund Fitzgerald, which went down in a Lake Superior storm in November 1975.

Tahquamenon Falls Riverboat Tours

Keep an eye out for wildlife as an authentic narrow gauge railroad takes you 5 1/2 miles through thick forest to the beautiful Tahquamenon River and a 21 mile cruise to the rapids a 1/2 mile above the Upper Tahquamenon Falls.

Tahquamenon Logging Museum

Tahquamenon Logging Museum is a tribute to the lumberjack days, complete with occasional breakfasts made over a wood stove in the cook shack.

Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum

The finest snowmobile museum in North America was built by volunteers in the heart of Naubinway. It showcases many one-of-a-kind snowmobiles, artifacts and memorabilia, and unique items in the gift shop. Learn the history of this exciting wintertime sport and discover all sorts of snow machines built by pioneers of the industry. Open all year.
